Passed away at the Princess Royal Hospital, on August 29, 2016, aged 84 years.

Sadly missed by his Wife Mary and all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service 3.30pm, Friday, September 16, atEmstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury.

No flowers by request please but donations which will be divided between the RNLI (Blackpool) and the Air Ambulance, would be appreciated.
