Of Churncote, Stirchley, Telford, passed away suddenly but peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on April 3, 2012, aged 60 years.
Beloved Husband of Sandra.
He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 12 noon, Friday, April 20, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations to be divided between The Midland Air Ambulance and Help for Heroes would be appreciated.
