Passed away peacefully in the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury on Saturday, March 31, 2012, aged 64 years, after a short illness.
Loving Wife of Reg, special Mum to Sharon and Greg and Nanna to Kieran.
Ann will be sadly missed by all her Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Tuesday, April 17, at 12 noon.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.
