Funeral Service, 12.30pm on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at St. Mary's Church, Market Drayton, followed by private Cremation.

Dress optional.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired to be divided between St. Mary's Church, Market Drayton and The Children's Society, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
