Hagley Place Care Home, Ludlow, formerly of Heyope.
Peacefully on July 19, 2016, aged 84 years.
Much loved and sadly missed.
Funeral Service at Hereford Crematorium on Tuesday, August 2, at 12 noon.
If you are unable to attend the Funeral Service at Hereford you are welcome to join the Family for refreshments at Knucklas Community Centre from 1.30pm.
No flowers please. Donations if desired to The Samaritans.
