Passed away peacefully on July 25, 2016, at Bridgnorth Hospital, aged 76 years.

Much loved Husband of Maggie, much missed Father of Jacki and Richard, Father-in-law of Alan and Danielle, loving Grandad of Tom, James and Alice, Brother of Patrick.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) on Monday, August 8, at 12 noon.

Please no mourning dress.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations if desired to be divided between Bridgnorth Hospital League of Friends and St. Leonard's Church Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
