Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, August2, 2016, at 4pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for Ward 15 (Acute Stroke Unit) at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will provided at the Crematorium.
