Peacefully on July 16, 2016, at the Severn Hospice, aged 58 years.

Much loved Mum of Allan and Kirsty.

She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Tuesday, August 2 at 2.45pm.

Anne would have loved you all to wear bright colours.

No flowers by request but donations if desired to the Severn Hospice.
