Of Carmen Avenue, Belvidere. Passed away peacefully at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, on July 14, 2016, aged 72 years.

A much loved Wife of Don, devoted Mum to Donna, dear Mother-in-law to Matt and a treasuredNanny to Harrison and Charlie, loving Sister to the late Richard.

Jan will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, August 3, at 11.30am, which also will include prayers for her Brother Richard who sadly passed away earlier this year.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired please for Janet to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity and for her Brother Richard to the Severn Hospice, forwhich purpose donation boxes will be available at the Crematorium.
