Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on July 17, 2016. Aged 51 years.

Loving Wife to Philip, cherished Mum to Jas and Holly and Darla Dog. Much loved Daughter of Joan and Ron and adear Sister, Aunt and Friend.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, August 3, at 2pm.
