Passed away peacefully after a long illness at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford on July 14, 2016, aged 76 years.

Will be sadly missed by close Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 12 noon on Monday, July 25, 2016, atSt. Oswald's Church, Hinstock, followed by Interment in the Cemetery.

Family flowers only but donations, if so desired, for The British Lung Foundation, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
