Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, after her long battle with illness, on July 13, 2016, aged 75 years.

Loving Mother to Linda and Angela and Mother-in-law to Alan and a dearly loved Grandmother and Great- Grandmother.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at 3pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired for Ward 7 at The Princess Royal Hospital, forwhich purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
