Died peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, aged 69 years.
A Service will be held at the Graveside in Llansantffraid Community Cemetery at 12 noon, on Friday, April 6, 2012.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Guide Dogs, Alzheimer's Society and the Severn Hospice.
Please park at the Village Hall car park.
