Passed away after a long and brave battle with Dementia at Hunters Lodge Care Home, Codsall on July 8, 2016, aged 72 years.

Loving Mother to Mark and Mother-in-law to Angie. Devoted Grandma to Andrew and Daniel, Great-Grandma to Lilly-Anna and Godmother to Libby.

Funeral Service will take place on Anne's 73rd birthday at 4pm, Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if desired for Shropshire Air Ambulance.

Family would welcome any red attire in celebration of Anne's birthday and her favourite colour.
