Frederick William
Passed away peacefully at Churchill House Nursing Home on June 22, 2016, aged 90 years.
He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Ludlow Cemetery Chapel on Friday, July 8, at 12 noon, followed by Burial in the Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, with kind donations in Fred's memory being given to Churchill House Residents Fund.
