Passed away peacefully at Churchill House Nursing Home, on Friday, June 17, 2016, aged 79 years.

A much loved Dad and Grandad.

Loved and so dearly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will be held at Ludlow Cemetery Chapel, on Friday, July 1, at 10.30am, followed by Burial in the Cemetery.

Family flowers only please.
