Seven years ago today God chose for us to part, we never had time to say goodbye and the sadness broke my heart.

Sometimes when life is quiet and my thoughts drift, as they do, they bring you back in my memory and I spend a moment with you.

Sometimes I hear you whistle as you are walking up our drive, sometimes I hear your gentle voice, sometimes I see your smile but all too soon the moment goes and once more I am alone but I'm left with wonderful memories that I am glad to own.

With love to a wonderful Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle.
