Passed away peacefully after a struggle with ill health, surrounded by his Family on June 14, 2016, aged 86 years.

Dearly loved Husband to Pauline, devoted Father to Lorraine and Karen and a muchloved Grandad to Olivia, Rebecca and Leon.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, June 27, 2016, at 11am.

Family flowers only, but donations if desired please to be split between Cancer Research UK and Dementia UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
