Passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016, aged 66 years, after a long battle with illness.

Husband, Father, Grandad and Uncle.

Pete passed away peacefully with Wife Linda and Children Lara and Oliver by his side.

A Service of Celebration for the life of Peter will be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, June 27, at 1pm.

Any donations to be made to The Renal Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, which can be made directly, passed to the Family or placed in the collection boxat the Crematorium.
