Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on June 10, 2016, aged 76 years.

A much loved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great- Grandfather and Brother.

FuneralService, 3pm, Monday, June 27, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Surgical Assessment Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital would be appreciated.

Dad i can't believe that I'm never going to see you again it just doesn't feel real!! Id give anything right now just to be able to have 5 more minutes with you so that i could tell you face to face just how much i love you & to also tell you that your my hero but sadly i know that's just not possible because you really have gone for good, but dad theres one thing that will never be taken away from me & thats all the good memories that i have of you i will hold on tightly to them until we meet again.
