Rose, Andrew and Debbie would like to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for their kindness, support and sympathy received during Albert's long illness.

Thanks to everyone for their attendance at the Funeral and for their donations to the Community Respiratory Nurses which raised œ310.

A special thank you to all the Staff at Dawley Medical Practice, especially Dr H Bufton, Dr R Sissons and Sister Jackie Cotton who gave Albert and myself a lot of help and support.

A big thank you to Georgina and Ken Burdon for everything they both did for us over the years.
