Passed away peacefully at home on June 2, 2016, aged 90 years.

A devoted Wife of the late Stan and much loved Mum, treasured Nan and Great- Nan.

Phyllis will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Cemetery Chapel, Longden Road, on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at 11.30am, followed by Interment at Emstrey New Garden Cemetery, London Road.

All flowers welcome please.

Donations if desired to the Marie Curie Nurses, for which purpose a donation box will be provided in the Chapel.
