Brian, Carol, Deb and the Family of the late Mrs. Ann Rhodes would like to express their sincere thanks for all the support and lovely messages of sympathy following their sad loss.

Much appreciation for the care Ann received from the Carers from Direct Health second to none. The Hospice at Home Team, who really helped us through this sad and difficult time. Dawley Medical Practice were marvellous, Doctor Davies in particular was exceptional in his care for Ann.

Thanks to the many Friends who attended the Celebration of Ann's life and for the generous donations, totalling œ1366.90, which on Ann's instructions has been divided between Horsehay Methodist Chapel and the Severn Hospice (Telford).

Many thanks to the Ladies of the Chapel for a lovely spread and all the cups of tea.

Many thanks to Deacon Julie Morton for leading the celebrations and for visiting Ann during her illness.

Lastly C.J.Williams Funeral Service for a very caring and professional arrangement. Thanks to Louise, in fact thank you all.
