Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on May 11, 2016, aged 69 years.

She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

A short Service of Committal will take place at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, May 26, 2016, at 11am, followed by Service of Thanksgiving at Trinity Methodist Church, Shifnal at 12 noon.

Please do not feel you need to wear mourning clothes or black tie.

Family flowers only please but donations to Action for Children, would be appreciated.
