Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on May 13, 2016, aged 68 years.
A beloved Husband to Vera and Brother to Glenda, John and Stephen.
He will be sadly missed by Family, Friends and Flik-Flak.
Funeral Service, 3pm, Friday, May 27, at Telford Crematorium.
Please wear a splash of colour.
Family flowers only by request please or if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford, would be appreciated.
