Of Madeley, formerly of Bridgnorth.

Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on May 10, 2016, aged 83 years.

Much Loved and Devoted Mum of John and Paul Leith and their Families.

Funeral Service 12noon, Wednesday May 25, at Telford Crematorium.

Bright coloured clothing requested.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Cancer Research U.K. would be appreciated.
