Passed away suddenly on April 25, 2016, aged 57 years.
Loving Husband of Deborah. Doting Father of Stephanie and a much loved Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle.
Funeral Service to be heldat Telford Crematorium on Thursday, May 12, at 11am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The County Air Ambulance Fund, for which a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
