Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on April 22, 2016, aged 84 years.

Beloved Wife of the late Harry, dearly loved Mum, Nan and Great-Nan.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, May 11, at 1pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will provided at the Crematorium.
