Passed away, April 17, 2016, at The Royal Stoke University Hospital, aged 77 years.

Beloved Husband of Jean, Brother of the late Roy Mills, Father of Tracey and Debbie and Grandfather of Lauren, Aron, Mya and Sophie.

Funeral Service to be held at All Saints Parish Church, Wellington, on Friday, May 6, at 10am, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only.
