Kim would like to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for their kindness, support and lovely messages of sympathy received following the loss of her Mom.

Thank you to everyone for the attendance at the Funeral, for the kind donations totalling œ520 in aid of The Alzheimer's Society, Shropshire.

A special mention to Tracey, Julie and Christine for the care they have given Emm over the last 9 years. Tracey and Kate Admiral Nurses for their care and support. Gerald Owen for a lovely Service, for the extra touches that made her Funeral very special.

Finally special thanks to Louise and her Colleagues at C J Williams Funeral Directors, Dawley for the professional way they helped me through this difficult time.
