Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving Family, in Maesbrook Nursing Home on April 13, 2016, aged 90 years.

A devoted Wife of the late Alf and a much loved Mum to Anne, a treasured Nan to Paul and the late Steven, Great-Nan to Alfie, a loving Sister to the late Bill.

Phyllis will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Tuesday, May 3, 2016,at 4.15pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Maesbrook Nursing Home, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
