Passed away peacefully after a brief illness at Brook House Residential Home, on March 4, 2016, aged 96 years.
Beloved Wife of the late Jim, much loved Mother to her Daughters and Sons-in-law Pam, John, Janet, Ken, Christine and Mike, also Grandmother to Sandra, Paul, Ruth, Rachel, James, Philip and Dewi, Great-Grandmother to Alexander, Isabella, Grace, Annabel, Joseph and Harry.
The Funeral Service was held at St. Philip & St James' Church, Morton, on March 22 and was conducted by Rev. Kathryn Trimby. The Eulogy was written by Pam Turner, her Daughter and read by Rev. Trimby in her absence. Her four Grandsons were the Bearers.
Pam, Janet, Christine and Families wish to thank everyone for the kindness shown, the many Family and Friends who attended the Funeral, and for cards and donations received for St. Philip and St. James' Church, in memory of Gladys.
Special thanks to the Staff of Brook House Residential Home who cared for Gladys with kindness and compassion in her last days, also thanks to David Davies & Sons for the Funeral arrangements.
