On March 24, 2016, peacefully at Innage Grange Care Home, Bridgnorth, following a long illness, Jean Childs, formerly of Hodgecroft, Much Wenlock, aged 79 years.

A former Mayors Consort of Much Wenlock.

The Wifeof the late Dennis Childs, loving Mother of Sue and Ron and Alan and Julie, dear Nan of Jeffrey and Hannah, Guy, Matthew and Daniel, Great-Nan of Ethan, the special Sister of Brian and Sister-in-law of Rose.

Much loved, Jean will be sadly missed by allher Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at The Parish Church of The Holy Trinity, Much Wenlock on Monday, April 18, at 12.30pm, to be followed by Cremation at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury.

Family flowers only by request please but donations, which are to be divided between The Arthritis and Rheumatism Council (Much Wenlock Branch) and The Parish Church of The Holy Trinity, Much Wenlock are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Church or online atwww.perryandphilli ps funerals.com
