Mr David Lewis, Amanda and Andrew, Craig and Sharon and the Family of the late Mrs Anne Lewis wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and wider Members of the Church Family for the cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time and for the attendance of over 130 of you at her Funeral Service.

We extend our special thanks to Pastor Graeme Clark for leading us in a very special ThanksgivingService, to the Reverend John Farren, Naomi and Esther for their contributions to the Service and to Simon Scowcroft and his Team of musicians and singers for leading us in a most uplifting Celebration of the life of Anne. Also to all the Church Family,who helped so much behind the scenes to make this a special day.

Thank you to the Doctors and Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice for their care and kindness to Anne over the years.

Many thanks for all your kind and generous donations, which are to bedivided between Hope House Children's Respite Hospice and The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital.

Thank you all for your wonderful support, which has been greatly appreciated.
