Today is the anniversary of the day you passed away, although it is a year, it only seems like yesterday.

You always told us tales, a joke or sang a song, although you're no longer here, the memories still live on.

You always put your Children first, every single one and even in your last few years your long lost second Son.

It's hard to say goodbye, we often shed a tear but when we think about you, your presence is always near.

You're back with Grandad now, in the next life may you rest, for you simply were one of the very best.
