Beloved Husband of Josephine. Cherished Father of Louise, Nicholas, Rachel and Trina. Much loved Grandad and Great-Grandad.
Funeral Service and Interment tobe held at St. John's Church, Lawley on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at 10am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be divided between The British Heart Foundation and The British Lung Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will provided in Church.
