Loving Mother of Huw and Sian and Grandmother to Kate.Funeral Service, 1.15pm, on Monday, April 4, 2016, at Shrewsbury Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for The Midlands Air Ambulance, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided at the Crematorium.
