Passed away suddenly on March 14, 2016 at the Severn Hospice, after a short illness.

Funeral Service, 3pm Friday, April 1, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations which are to be divided between the Severn Hospice and The Asbestos Support Group would be appreciated.
