Passed away suddenly in hospital at Telford, on March 5, 2016, aged 72 years.

The beloved Wife of David, loving Mother of Amanda and Craig, Mother-in-law and Friend of Andrew and Sharon and dearest Nana of Naomi, Esther, Samuel and Connie.

Much loved, Anne will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Bridgnorth Baptist Church, West Castle Street, Bridgnorth, on Wednesday, March 23, at 12.30pm, to be followed by a Committal Ceremony at Bridgnorth Town Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request please but donations, which are to be divided between The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital and Hope House Children's Respite Hospice are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Church or online at www.perryandphillips funerals.com
