Sadly passed away on March 9, 2016, in hospital.

Jack, aged 83 years, of Monkmoor, Shrewsbury.

Beloved Father of Scott, Lynn and Tracy and a loving Grandfather.

Jack will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Tuesday, March 22, at 4.15pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Leukaemia Research.
