Passed away after a short illness at The Princess Royal Hospital, on February 25, 2016, aged 54 years.

Beloved Son of the late Edith and Don, dear Brother of Tracey and Brother-in-law to Nigel.

Funeral Service 4pm, Tuesday, March 8, at Telford Crematorium.

No flowers please but if desired donations which will be divided between Morton Court Residents Fund and Wellington Cottage Care Trust would be appreciated.
