Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, aged 58 years.

Beloved Son of Daisy and the late David, Brother of Helen, Partner of Meinir, Uncle of Katy and Lisa.

Much loved by all the Family.

Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, March 9, for Family, Ambulance Personnel and close Friends, followed by a Celebration of his life at St. Mary's Church, Welshpool, at 1pm.

Donations would be appreciated for the Welsh Ambulance Service or Montgomeryshire Emergency Doctors Scheme.
