Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, on February 8, 2016, aged 51 years.
Beloved Son of Vi and John and a much loved Brother and Uncle.
Funeral Service to take place atPentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Friday, February 26, at 2pm.
Family flowers only, but donations if desired to Hope House Children's Hospice, Morda.
