Of Frizes Leasowe, Ketley Bank, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on February 3, 2012, aged 66 years. Beloved Father, Brother, Grandad, Great-Grandad and Father- in-law.

Funeral Service at Holy Trinity Church, Oakengates, on Thursday, February 23, at 12 noon, followed by Interment at Wombridge Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for Frizes Leasowe Comforts Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
