Of Coldridge Drive, Herongate, Shrewsbury. Passed away suddenly in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on February 4, 2016, aged 65 years.
A supportive Partner to Annelies, a devoted Dad to Anne,Steve and Phil, a treasured Grandad to Abbie, Marcus, Grace and Hollie, an adored Son to Beryl and the late Jack.
Jack will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, February 25, 2016, at 2pm.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
