Sadly passed away peacefully on January 30, 2016, at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, aged 61 years.

Much loved, she will be greatly missed by her Husband Phil, Sons Andrew and Mark, their Partners Louise and Caroline,Grandchildr en Luke, Maddie, Bradley and not forgetting Lauren and Daniel.

Rest in peace, secure in our love.

Funeral Service to take place at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, February 25, at 1pm.
