Passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 28, 2016, aged 94 years.

Loving Husband of Eileen, Father of David, Father-in-law of Carol and Grandfather of Hannah and Matthew.

Will be sadly missed by all that knew him.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, February 19, 2016, at 1pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please to be divided between Lake View Care Home, Brookside and Stirchley Medical Practice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
