Passed away peacefully aged 75, in the presence of her Family at the Severn Hospice, Telford on January 21, 2016.
Deeply missed and much loved Wife of Robert, Mother to Jackie, Sara and Helen and devoted Nanny to six Grandchildren.
A Celebration of Pat's life will be held at 2pm Monday, February 8 at Telford Crematorium.
Donations to the Severn Hospice, Telford in preference to flowers would be appreciated, for which purpose a collection box will be providedat the Crematorium.

It was such a shock to find out about Pat's passing. As a former neighbour you were wonderful people and helped me out many times. Pat was a very friendly person. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
