Peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on January 31, 2012, aged 64 years, of Quarry View, Waters Upton. Beloved Partner of Gerry, dear Mother of Jen and Baz, Mother-in-law of Mick and Tracey and loving Grandmotherof Sophie, Barry, Hannah and Charlotte.
Funeral Service, 2pm, on Thursday, February 16, 2012, at Wellington Methodist Church, followed by Cremation at Shrewsbury Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donations if so desired for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
