Passed away suddenly in The Princess Royal Hospital on Wednesday, February 2, 2012.

Loving Father of Steven, Carolyn, Michael and Charles. Much loved Grandfather to all his Grandchildren.

Will be sadly missed by all his Family andFriends.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, Woodhouse Lane on Monday, February 13, at 2pm.

Family flowers only but if desired donations to RNIB.
